ALESSANDRA

Mantovana di sangue misto Veneziano, Biotecnologa di studi, da anni lavora nel settore alimentare sperimentando e ampliando la sua conoscenza del Buon Cibo, per professione e per piacere.

Grazie ai miei genitori che mi hanno portato in mezzo mondo girovagando in roulotte ho potuto assaggiare cucine diverse, innamorandomi di materie prime e profumi anche lontani.

Da adulta mi sono trasformata in un' accanita "segugia" del buon cibo da quello più raffinato a quello più semplice ...perché tutto è Buono e niente rende più felici di un buon piatto!

Born in Mantova but with Venice blood inside her, Biotechnology  graduated, she has being working from  several years in a Food company experimenting and expanding her knowledge for Good Food.

Thanks to her parents that brought her all around Europe in caravan, she could taste different style cooking, falling in love with different raw material and taste.

Being in adult she transform herself in a strong “hound” of Good Food, from the most sophisticated to the most simple dishes…because all could be Good and nothing give you more happiness than a good food!

Naturalmente non potevo non scegliermi un degno compagno .....
Of course she need to choose a worthy companion of life...

Mantovano purosangue, Ragioniere di studi, da anni stimato agente di commercio di cose per noi donne oscure (sponde idrauliche, alluminio ...cosa sono??), sopporta felicemente Alessandra da anni.

Oltre ad essere un frequentatore di trattorie per lavoro e passione è la sua prima cavia nei vari esperimenti culinari , ma soprattutto è il suo degno compagno nella ricerca di golosità di ogni genere.

Mantua Thoroughbred, accountant, from several years valued sales agent of stuff that woman never understand (tail lift, aluminum..?), tolerates Alessandra happily during these years together.

Frequently client of Osteria restaurants for work and passion, he's the first taster of all Alessandra's food experiments , and is a worthy  companion with her in the research of any greediness.
